Hello, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Texas and Arizona. I work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or ready for meaningful change in their lives. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you do not have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work together toward healing, personal growth, and building the life you want for yourself.
I’m Fatoumata Diallo, PMHNP‐BC, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner providing care to individuals ages 10 through older adulthood across Texas. My work is rooted in empathy, cultural humility, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and mood disorders, with a particular passion for supporting clients through life transitions, trauma recovery, and emotional overwhelm. I believe mental health care should feel collaborative, transparent, and empowering.
My approach blends medication management, supportive therapy, and psychoeducation, always tailored to your unique goals and strengths. To enhance continuity and access, my practice also offers membership services that provide ongoing support between visits.
My mission is to help you feel more grounded, more hopeful, and more in control of your mental health journey.
Life transitions can be difficult and it is my pleasure to assist whether you are changing careers, expanding or downsizing in family roles or just trying to decide what's next. I am an ADHD advocate and enjoy helping clients make sense of the chaotic mind. I also love, love and work with couples experiencing relationship issues.

Outside of counseling, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband of 14 years and their three boys. She loves running, being outdoors, and staying involved in her community. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in self doubt, struggling with ADHD, or trying to navigate major life changes without the support they need. You may feel exhausted from overthinking, constantly second guessing yourself, or carrying the pressure of work, school, relationships, or daily responsibilities. Therapy can be a space where you feel genuinely supported, understood, and accepted while building the tools needed to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
