Life can be challenging, and my hope is to encourage others through a compassionate lens. I enjoy working with families with adolescents and adult clients in various life stages who are seeking new ways to deal with life’s stressors, losses and challenges. Reaching out for help takes courage and trust, and I'm honored to be given the opportunity to help. Please email to schedule a 15-minute consultation and appointment. Please see my practice website at shadetreecounseling.org.

Hello! I'm an LPC offering individual counseling to adolescents, college students, and adults experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, among other areas. I received my BS in Psychology from Texas Christian University in 2016 and my MS in Counseling from East Texas A&M in 2018. Growing up, I loved helping others and felt that listening and empathy came naturally to me. It's a privilege now to bring these same aspects into my role as a counselor.
