I’m Katherine, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, who is here to offer a safe space as you navigate life’s challenges. I provide a supportive environment where you can learn to build on your strengths and coping skills for feelings of overwhelm, worry, and stress. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or chronic illness, I look forward to collaborating with you on your wellness journey.
If you’ve been feeling stuck—whether it’s struggling to focus, managing mood swings, or carrying the weight of stress, grief, or burnout—you don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with adults who are ready for things to feel more manageable, especially those navigating ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and life transitions. I see care as a partnership built on honesty, respect, and presence. My background as a psychiatric nurse practitioner who has worked with people across the lifespan allows me to approach each person with empathy and steadiness. Clients often tell me they feel both seen and supported in our work together—I value authenticity and believe healing begins when we can show up as our full selves.
As a licensed independent clinical social worker, I partner with individuals to build the practical skills needed to thrive in high pressure environments. Whether you are navigating professional burnout, life transitions, or seeking ways to better manage intense emotions, my approach is grounded in evidence-based tools and genuine collaboration. Let's build together to build a routine that supports your mental well-being and long-term goals.
