I support individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, and life management. I believe every emotion carries a message, and through exploration, we uncover deeper meaning. My mission is to guide and empower you to restore your sense of self, align with your values, and find emotional freedom. Life’s pressures often lead to masking our true selves, causing unfulfilling choices. I aim to help you overcome these challenges and reconnect with your authentic self.
Melissa has combined her passion for educating the community about mental health and inspiring individuals to control their lives to create a legacy through post-secondary educational options.

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
My name is Lexie, and I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). My training has equipped me to treat the whole person while honoring each individual's story, values, and cultural background. I use a range of therapeutic techniques, including trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and supportive psychotherapy, and I always aim to create a safe, trusting space where you feel heard and empowered.
