Life is too short not to be living your best one. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I help individuals achieve mental wellness through creating a balanced, meaningful, and connected life. I embrace a holistic approach to therapy and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress, substance abuse and addictions, using effective methods like cognitive, mindfulness, existential, and values-based approaches, along with EMDR and IFS for trauma.
I am an authentic, goal-oriented, passionate therapist that can help you gain life skills, become more present, and build the life you want. I provide care for people experiencing a lot of pressure, emotions that feel out of control, and who are feeling stressed in life.
What makes me different: I have a lot of compassion and accept my clients just as they are, without judgment.
Hi! I am a board certified DNP-PMHNP-BC. I started my career in traditional health practices as a Fulbright Scholar in Sochi, Russia. I presented my research at the US Embassy in Moscow. Following the completion of my grant I attended New York University (NYU). From there I completed a residency at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas. Following this I entered and completed my doctorate at USD University of San Diego, California with a focus on digital telehealth treatment for psychiatric care. I have a passion for working with the veteran population and those seeking care outside the box. I recently completed my facilitation for psychadelic assisted therapy and have an additional practice in Denver, Colorado. I enjoy yoga, swimming and all the water sports!
Hello! My name is Caitlin and I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I work with females ages 18-35 navigating low acuity anxiety and stress. Intake appointment is via video and appointments thereafter are in an audio format.
Therapy is a wellness journey—an intentional act of self-care rooted in holistic health, self-awareness, and grace. My style is nonjudgmental, and authentic. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe to be real and supported to grow. I model what I encourage: progress not perfection. I am collaborative, honest, and grounded in real-life application. Wellness is meant to be lived. You’ll often find me in athleisure (a nod to my sports background) and inspired by nature for its grounding and restorative qualities. I integrate Ecotherapy as walk-and-talk sessions can offer bilateral stimulation that supports emotional and cognitive processing. Please note, Telehealth is in audio format. I take Telehealth calls outdoors while walking and invite clients who are physically able to do the same virtually.
If you’re seeking to reconnect with your authentic self, exhale, and support your overall well-being, this may be the right space for you. I invite clients to come exactly as they are. Clients who commit to consistency often experience the most meaningful progress. At times, therapy may feel harder before it feels better—this is a natural part of healing. As emotions surface and insight deepens, lasting change begins to take shape.
My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you. I collaborate, support, and integrate wellness coaching to empower autonomy and resilience. At the core of my work is a belief in progress, not perfection, and a commitment to creating an authentic, supportive space where clients can be fully themselves and step into meaningful change with compassion.
