It’s okay to need support. Life can become overwhelming when anxiety, mood changes, trauma, depression, or panic begin affecting your ability to feel like yourself. You may notice your mind won’t slow down, your sleep is off, or it’s harder to focus and keep up with daily responsibilities. When stress builds or world events add to the weight you’re carrying, it can start to feel like too much to manage alone. Many people reach a point where coping strategies no longer feel like enough, and that’s often when support can make a real difference.
I believe care should feel personal, not rushed or one-size-fits-all. I take time to understand your story, not just your symptoms, and create a space where you feel comfortable being open without fear of judgment. I’ll be honest and supportive, helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing while offering guidance that feels practical and manageable.
My goal is to help you feel more balanced, clear, and confident in navigating your day-to-day life.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained—and nothing seems to be helping the way you hoped—you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, exhausted, or unsure of what they need next.
I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, mood changes, and life stressors, and who are ready for a thoughtful, personalized approach to care. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in healthcare as both a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner.
I bring nine years of experience working in the mental health field, supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges with compassion and care. My approach is warm, welcoming, and rooted in creating a safe space where people feel heard and respected. I believe in meeting people where they are and helping them build on their strengths. I strive to help others feel supported, empowered, and hopeful as they move forward.
